The problem:

In an increasingly busy marketplace, it is paramount that you have a distinct voice to be seen and heard. However, every day you are subjected to stereotypes that unconsciously stifles your individuality and silently erodes your self-esteem. Added to this, is a world which is dominated by those with a 'fixed mindset'. A ‘fixed mindset’ results in a judgmental culture that unconsciously silences you and forces you to assimilate, conform and ‘dim your light’ to fit in. This makes it challenging to have a voice at work, be the face of your organisation or to put your unique stamp on your product or service. This is especially true for women and those from minority groups. As children also, women were not conditioned with the necessary mindset and courage required to step outside of their comfort zone. The other most concerning aspect is that studies also illustrate that stereotypes not only impact self-esteem but also become self-fulfilling prophecies.

Over three years, I developed a process that guides you through the transformation necessary to express yourself in a more powerful way. 6 x weekly skype coaching/mentoring sessions. 

Plus: 12 weeks access to the library of Ingrid's online video tutorials and downloadable workbooks to accelerate the process.
